Every company has a story. Ours is not that exciting. Our Chief Technology Officer, Kurt Eschmann, started this company to help friends with a common issue … broken cell phones. He replaced screens, batteries, cameras, etc. Since he was an IT professional, he understood the technology and was able to help people fix their phones at a lower cost.

Flagship cell phones started getting released every year and replacement parts started to get more and more expensive. Other companies emerged that had more resources and cell phone repair stopped making sense for the company. What should we do next? EschTech didn’t need to look far for a shift in services.

Our day jobs as IT professionals in different industries proved that a lot of companies needed help. These companies had IT teams that could handle the day-to-day operations but struggled carving out time for the bigger roadmap projects.

We didn’t stop there! We noticed that our own neighbors needed help with their home IT as well! Our team helps our residential customers figure out their routers, home automation, home security, and any other home technology issues and questions.
